Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Sirène Club. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sireneclubinfo@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
